Call for Artwork
The Bell invites Brown student artists to participate in a print competition inspired by Julien Creuzet: Attila cataract your source at the feet of the green peaks will end up in the great sea blue abyss we drowned in the tidal tears of the moon, currently on view for the spring semester.
We welcome submissions that creatively engage with the exhibition’s theme of water as history and memory. This is an opportunity to reflect on and respond to the exhibition through your own artistic lens.
The contest will be juried by The Bell’s student gallery monitors, and copies of the winning artwork will be printed and made available for students and the general public!
How to participate:
- Visit the exhibition at the Bell Gallery!
We are open from 11 am–5 pm on Saturdays–Wednesdays and 11 am–8 pm on Thursdays & Friday. - Create an original print or poster design (digitally or scanned from a physical work).
Only digital file submissions will be accepted. - Ensure your work responds to the exhibit’s themes in any way you choose.
- Submit your artwork via this form by April 7, 2025.
We look forward to seeing your artistic responses to Attila cataract (...) and celebrating student creativity at the Bell!
